How Our Summer Pass Works!

⭐️Purchase a summer pass for $347 and attend as many classes as you want in your age group Monday through Friday starting at 8 to 108 years old. 

⭐️Each class will be catered to who's in the studio.  Whether you're a brand new dancer, or someone who's been dancing awhile, we'll offer you lots of modifications and variations so each dancer is being seen and taught to at their level. 

⭐️Classes will focus on technique and style - no choreography to remember week to week.

⭐️Classes start the week of June 3rd - August 1st

⭐️No Classes the week of July 1-5

⭐️Summer pass seem too much? Drop in for $20/class

⭐️ No shoes? No worries, TDH has a limited amount of shoes to borrow. 

⭐️ Students can wear comfortable clothing or leotard & tights.  

⭐We know summers are busy so come when you can as often as you want!

Private Lessons:  Need some one on one attention to work on choreography or technique? Private lessons are a great way to get some personalized coaching to take your confidence in  dance to the next level.  Private lessons are available for ages 8yrs. and older.

Our Summer Class Pass Schedule

Mondays

4:15-5:00pm Acro Fundamentals 8+ Students will look forward to stretching, gaining strength, and getting to learn different kinds of tricks such as cartwheels, handstands, front limbers, front walkovers, and back walk overs.

5:00p-5:45pm- Lyrical/Jazz 8+- Lyrical dance combines techniques of classical ballet and modern dance with current forms of popular dance along to lyrical music. This class will include a warm up, stretching, across the floor, center work, and choreography that will be made into a dance. This is a great class for dancers who want to express deeper emotion through movement and prefer a softer form of dance.

5:45-6:30pm Hip Hop 10+ - This high energy class we'll be jamming to the latest tunes, and learning to isolate, pop, stall, lock and groove our bodies.  It's a fast paced class and super fun!  Bring a water bottle & clean tennis shoes. 

6:30-7:15pm  Leaps & Turns 10+ -For those dancers looking to level up their dance technique and become stronger and more consistent in their performance.  Turn more, jump higher, and travel bigger as students get stronger and more confident in all things jumps, turns and leaps. 

7:15-8:00pm - Hip Hop 12+ -Learn the fun style of HIP HOP while dancing to the latest, age appropriate music. Please wear clean tennis shoes, and comfortable clothing. Water bottle will also be needed. This is a level III Class.

Tuesdays

6-6:45am "Mornings with Melissa" This 45 minute morning wake up class will combine aspects of yoga, pilates, ballet, strength and flexibility.  Gentle yet invigorating with lots of of modifications for any season of life you are in.  Start your morning off with peace and energy for your day ahead.  Comfortable clothing, yoga mat and water bottle or coffee. *At 73 Tribute Ave. Location 

AdultTappers

4:15-5:00pm Ballet 8+ -A ballet class for student who's starting their full length ballet class. We will start with a classic barre warmup learning positions and steps while engaging proper alignment.  We will add centre floor work which will incorporate turns, jumps, and leaps. 

5:00-5:45pm -Tap 8+ - This high energy class we'll be playing with rhythms, and fund syncopations.  Comfortable clothing and black tap shoes.  This class will be tailored to the participants.

5:45-6:30pm Hip Hop 8+ - This high energy class we'll be jamming to the latest tunes, and learning to isolate, pop, stall, lock and groove our bodies.  It's a fast paced class and super fun!  Bring a water bottle & clean tennis shoes. 

6:30-7:15pm - Tap 10+ - This high energy class we'll be playing with rhythms, and fund syncopations. Comfortable clothing and black tap shoes. This class will be tailored to the participants.

Laren Correcting Ballet Wednesday

4:15-5:00pm Acro/Hip Hop 8+ - Students will look forward to stretching, gaining strength, and getting to learn different kinds of tricks such as cartwheels, handstands, front limbers, front walkovers, and back walkovers as well as some hip hop moves to help them take their dancing to the next level!

5:00-5:45pm Ballet  10+- A ballet class for student who has had or two of previous training.  We will start with a classic barre warmup learning positions and steps while engaging proper alignment.  We will add centre floor work which will incorporate turns, jumps, and leaps.

5:45-6:30pm Adult/Teen Tap - A beginner class for adults. Learn to shuffle off to buffalo, or continue working on their tap technique.  We will learn a dance over the course of the 8 weeks, just in time for you to show off for your next porch party! 

6:30-7:15pm Pom & Kick 8+- A beginner level class that focuses on developing dance team style skills. In this class dancers will learn fundamental techniques for kick lines, turns, and jumps to high energy music. Clean, comfortable tennis shoes and comfortable clothing are required. Class includes a set of poms! 

7:15-8:00pm Strength & Flexibility for Dancers 10+- Wonder how those dancers kick higher, jump further or turn longer?  It's what they do OUTSIDE of dance class.  This class will focus on teaching specific strength and stretching techniques geared towards dancers- fine tuning their instrument to be able to perform and execute their craft excellently. 

8:00-8:45pm - Teen/Adult Hip Hop -  This high energy class we'll be jamming to the latest tunes, and learning to isolate, pop, stall, lock and groove our bodies.  It's a fast paced class and super fun!  Bring a water bottle & clean tennis shoes.

4:15-5:00pm Ballet  12+- A ballet class for student who have had a year or two of previous training.  We will start with a classic barre warmup learning positions and steps while engaging proper alignment.  We will add centre floor work which will incorporate turns, jumps, and leaps. 

5:00-5:45pm Pointé- This class is for ballet students who have graduated to pointe shoes. They will continue to master their ballet skills now wearing pointe shoes. This class requires pre-approval. If you think you are ready or would like to be considered for pointe class please email hello@thedancinghouse.com. This class is also for current students who may be taking pointé at another studio but would like some additional instruction.. 

5:45-6:30pm Teen/Adult Jazz Lyrical- Lyrical dance combines techniques of classical ballet and modern dance with current forms of popular dance along to lyrical music. This class will include a warm up, stretching, across the floor, center work, and choreography that will be made into a dance. This is a great class for dancers who want to express deeper emotion through movement and prefer a softer form of dance.

6:30-8:00pm MASTER CLASS - Each week we will host a different instructor for a 90 min. masterclass.  It is a drop in rate of $25 or $20 if you are a summer pass holder.
