Private Lessons: Need some one on one attention to work on choreography or technique? Private lessons are a great way to get some personalized coaching to take your confidence in dance to the next level. Private lessons are available for ages 8yrs. and older.

Our Summer Dance Schedule!
Mondays
4:30-5:15pm Acro Fundamentals 8+ - Students will look forward to stretching, gaining strength, and getting to learn different kinds of tricks such as cartwheels, handstands, front limbers, front walkovers, and back walk overs.
5:15-6:00pm Hip Hop 10+ - This high energy class we'll be jamming to the latest tunes, and learning to isolate, pop, stall, lock and groove our bodies. It's a fast paced class and super fun! Bring a water bottle & clean tennis shoes.
6:00-6:45 Leaps & Turns 11+ -For those dancers looking to level up their dance technique and become stronger and more consistent in their performance. Turn more, jump higher, and travel bigger as students get stronger and more confident in all things jumps, turns and leaps.
6:45-7:30 - Lyrical/Jazz 11+ - Lyrical dance combines techniques of classical ballet and modern dance with current forms of popular dance along to lyrical music. This class will include a warm up, stretching, across the floor, center work, and choreography that will be made into a dance. This is a great class for dancers who want to express deeper emotion through movement and prefer a softer form of dance.
7:30-8:15pm - Hip Hop 11+ -Learn the fun style of HIP HOP while dancing to the latest, age appropriate music. Please wear clean tennis shoes, and comfortable clothing. Water bottle will also be needed. This is a level III Class.
Tuesdays
6-6:45am "Mornings with Melissa" This 45 minute morning wake up class will combine aspects of yoga, pilates, ballet, strength and flexibility. Gentle yet invigorating with lots of of modifications for any season of life you are in. Start your morning off with peace and energy for your day ahead. Comfortable clothing, yoga mat and water bottle or coffee. *At 73 Tribute Ave. Location
4:15-5:00pm 5-7yr Hip Hop - This high energy class we'll be jamming to the latest tunes, and learning to isolate, pop, stall, lock and groove our bodies. It's a fast paced class and super fun! Bring a water bottle & clean tennis shoes. This is a level 1 class.

8:00-8:45 - Adult/Teen Hip Hop - A beginner level, high energy dance class designed to get you out of your comfort zone and into the fun zone!! We will explore the popular styles of Hip Hop and Jazz...it's not just for the kids anymore!! ;)
Wednesday
4:15-5:00 - 5-7yr Tap/Ballet- Students learn shuffles during the summer, have a clear understanding of stage directions, & musicality. In Ballet, we will explore the beginning foundations of ballet through arms & feet positions, beginner ballet steps & progressions.
5:00-5:45pm Strength & Flexibility for Dancers 10+- Wonder how those dancers kick higher, jump further or turn longer? It's what they do OUTSIDE of dance class. This class will focus on teaching specific strength and stretching techniques geared towards dancers- fine tuning their instrument to be able to perform and execute their craft excellently.
5:45-6:30pm Ballet 10+- A ballet class for student who have had a year or two of previous training. We will start with a classic barre warmup learning positions and steps while engaging proper alignment. We will add centre floor work which will incorporate turns, jumps, and leaps.
6:30-7:15pm Adult/Teen Tap - A beginner class for adults. Learn to shuffle off to buffalo, or continue working on their tap technique. We will learn a dance over the course of the 8 weeks, just in time for you to show off for your next porch party!
7:15-8:00 - Lyrical/Jazz Adult/Teen - Lyrical dance combines techniques of classical ballet and modern dance with current forms of popular dance along to lyrical music. This class will include a warm up, stretching, across the floor, center work, and choreography that will be made into a dance. This is a great class for dancers who want to express deeper emotion through movement and prefer a softer form of dance.
Thursday
4:15 - 5:00pm Hip Hop 5-7yr - This high energy class we'll be jamming to the latest tunes, and learning to isolate, pop, stall, lock and groove our bodies. It's a fast paced class and super fun! Bring a water bottle & clean tennis shoes. This is a level 1 class.
5:00-5:45pm Tap /Ballet 5-7yr- Tap foundations are continued as well as more coordination involving arms and stage directions. Ballet is explored in the latter part of class with very basic positions and progressions.
5:45-6:30pm - Hip Hop 8+ - This high energy class we'll be jamming to the latest tunes, and learning to isolate, pop, stall, lock and groove our bodies. It's a fast paced class and super fun! Bring a water bottle & clean tennis shoes.
6:30-7:15pm - Ballet 8+ - We will learn the foundations of ballet at the barre with positions of the feet, correct alignment & beginning ballet steps that will transfer to movement across the floor. Students will develop an appreciation for this beautiful art form & discipline that is the foundation to all other studies of dance.
7:15-8:00 - Teen/Adult Beginner Ballet- A beginner ballet class for teens/adults looking to learn the technique of ballet or improve on their technique after taking some time off from dancing.
