Be a Valued Member of A Stellar Dance Education Team in Hudson, Wisconsin
Not just a job.
A place to grow, create, and belong.
At The Dancing House, we’re building something different.
We’re not a high-volume, transactional studio. We’re not a place where teachers feel like a number. We're a relationship-driven, human-first studio where both dancers & teachers are seen, supported, & trusted.
Why Teachers Choose The Dancing House
Our team says it best:
“I’ve never felt micromanaged here.”
“If I have an idea, I can actually make it happen.”
“It’s the people… that’s why I stay.”
“You actually listen to what we need.”
That’s not by accident.
That’s our culture—by design.
A Place Where You’re Trusted
You won’t be handed a script and told to follow it.
Instead, you’ll:
✔ Teach in your own voice
✔ Bring your creativity into the classroom
✔ Be trusted to do what you do best
We believe great teachers don’t need micromanaging. They need support + freedom.
A Place Where You Can Grow
Many of our teachers started right where you are. And here, they’ve been able to:
✨ Build new programs
✨ Step into leadership roles
✨ Develop their teaching style
✨ Grow alongside their students
We don’t expect perfection. We invest in growth.
A Place That Feels Like Community
This is the part people don’t expect… but never want to leave.
At The Dancing House:
✔ You’ll know your students, and their families
✔ You’ll build relationships that actually matter
✔ You’ll watch dancers grow up in front of you
This isn’t “just teaching.”
It’s being part of something meaningful.
A Healthy, Supportive Work Environment
We’ve heard it from teachers coming from other studios:
❌ Overworked
❌ Underpaid
❌ Micromanaged
❌ Expected to “just figure it out”
That’s not how we operate.
At TDH, you’ll experience:
✔ Clear communication
✔ Fair compensation
✔ Respect for your time
✔ Opportunities (not pressure) to take on more
We support our teachers the same way we support our dancers.
Who Thrives Here
You’ll love it here if you:
✔ Care deeply about kids as humans—not just dancers
✔ Want to feel seen, heard, and valued
✔ Have ideas and want space to bring them to life
✔ Believe in growth over perfection
✔ Want to be part of a team, not just work alone.
What We’re Building
A studio where:
✨ Kids feel safe
✨ Families feel known
✨ Teachers feel proud to show up
Because when teachers feel supported…
everything else gets better.
So if you’re reading this and thinking:
“This feels different…” or “This feels like me…”
You’re probably right. We’d love to meet you.
