Monday

4:45-5:30pm 4-5yr Tap/Ballet$112/6 Week Session  Tap foundations are continued as well as more coordination involving arms and stage directions.  Ballet is explored in the latter part of class with very basic positions and progressions. **All of your dance attire needs are available through PRIMA, our in house dance boutique.

Tuesday

6:00-6:45am Mornings With Melissa $112/6 Week Session - Class held at the 73 Tribute location. A gentle yoga class to start your day energized and refreshed.  Stretching & breathing deeply along with elements of strength & conditioning.  Lots of modification offerings for those shoulders, wrists and hips that may not have the range of motion they used to.

11:30-12:30pm Ballet V Adults - $125/6 Week Session - A ballet class for Teen/Adults who have had a year or two of previous training.  We will start with a classic barre warmup learning positions and steps while engaging proper alignment. We will add centre floor work which will incorporate turns, jumps, and leaps. Ballet shoes are available through PRIMA our in house dance boutique. 

4:30-5:15pm Acro Fundamentsls 9+$112/6 Week Session  - This class will introduce students to the basic fundamentals of dance acro. Students will learn proper technique for cartwheels, backbends, round offs, handstands, and front limbers. Please bring a water bottle to class and wear clothes that you can move comfortably in (i.e. leotard/tights, tank/leggings. etc) Students will be barefoot or wearing jazz shoes. **All of your dance attire needs are available through PRIMA, our in house dance boutique.

Wednesday 

4:45-5:30pm 3-4yr Tap/Tumble - $112/6 Week Session - This intro to dance class will explore taps, and basic shuffles. We will also learn musicality, expression and classroom etiquette through song & dance.  We'll finish class by going to the mats for simple stretching and tumbling. **All of your dance attire needs are available through PRIMA, our in house dance boutique.

6:15-7:00- Pom & Kick 8-12yr -$125/6 Week Session Class takes place at 73 Tribute location A beginner level class that focuses on developing dance team style skills. In this class dancers will learn fundamental techniques for kick lines, turns, and jumps to high energy music. Clean, comfortable tennis shoes and comfortable clothing are required. Class includes a set of poms for new students or a new TDH T-shirt for returning students. **All of your dance attire needs are available through PRIMA, our in house dance boutique.

6:15-7:00- 5-7yr Hip Hop - $112/6 Week Session -In this 6 week session kiddos will have fun learning the foundations of hip hop and jazz. Isolations, rhythm, musicality, and working together using choreography while dancing to the latest, age appropriate music. Please wear CLEAN tennis shoes, and comfortable clothing. **All of your dance attire needs are available through PRIMA, our in house dance boutique.

7:00-7:45pm Adult Tap  - $112/6 Week Session- A multi level class for adults of all ages.  Learn to shuffle off to buffalo, or continue working on their tap technique. Thursday

5:15-6:00pm 5-7yr Hip Hop - $112/6 Week Session -This high energy class we'll be jamming to the latest tunes, and learning to isolate, pop, stall, lock and groove our bodies. It's a fast paced class and super fun!  Bring a water bottle & clean tennis shoes. **All of your dance attire needs are available through PRIMA, our in house dance boutique.

6:00 -6:45pm 5-7yr Tap/Ballet - $112/6 Week Session -  This class is for a dancer who is just starting at tap or has had previous experience  years ago. We will continue our knowledge with tap and expand our ballet knowledge by working technique centre floor and progressions across the floor.  **All of your dance attire needs are available through PRIMA, our in house dance boutique.

Friday

10:30-11:15am  Pointe Class$112/student 6 week session**By invitation only** This class is for ballet students who have graduated to pointe shoes. They will continue to master their ballet skills now wearing pointe shoes. This class requires pre-approval. If you think you are ready or would like to be considered for pointe class please email hello@thedancinghouse.com This class is also for current students who may be taking pointe at another studio but would like some additional instruction.
