6:00-6:45am Mornings With Melissa $112/6 Week Session - Class held at the 73 Tribute location. A gentle yoga class to start your day energized and refreshed. Stretching & breathing deeply along with elements of strength & conditioning. Lots of modification offerings for those shoulders, wrists and hips that may not have the range of motion they used to.
Wednesday
7:00-7:45pm Adult Tap - $117/6 Week Session- A multi-level class for adults of all ages. Learn to
shuffle off to buffalo, or continue working on their tap technique. Modifications will be available for more advanced dancers. **All of your dance attire needs are available through PRIMA, our in house dance boutique.

I love this dance studio! I started taking adult tap at the Dancing House, and I didn’t have any tap experience prior to the classes. 11:30-12:15p Ballet Barre $117/6 Week Session- A beginner class for our sensational seniors ages 60+,
although we won't card you. We'll go through a classical ballet barre that will leave you feeling light and beautiful. Comfortable clothing. Pink ballet shoes.
