These classes are tailored for our beloved seniors or anyone who desires an enriching dance experience at a gentler pace. Specifically geared for adults ages 60+ although we won't card you! We believe dance is timeless and we look forward to serving our seniors in these specialized classes.

Sign up is a breeze! You can enroll through our parent portal or give us a call. And yes, we still make calls – the personal touch matters!

Tuesday

6:00-6:45am Mornings With Melissa $112/6 Week Session - Class held at the 73 Tribute location. A gentle yoga class to start your day energized and refreshed. Stretching & breathing deeply along with elements of strength & conditioning. Lots of modification offerings for those shoulders, wrists and hips that may not have the range of motion they used to.

10:30 -11:15am Toe Tapping Tap - $112/6 Week Session- A beginner class for our sensational seniors ages 60+, although we won't card you. Learn to shuffle off to buffalo, or continue working on their tap technique. Modifications will be available for more advanced dancers. **All of your dance attire needs are available through PRIMA, our in house dance boutique.

Friday

6:00-6:45am Mornings With Melissa - $112/6 Week Session - Class held at the 73 Tribute location. A gentle yoga class to start your day energized and refreshed. Stretching & breathing deeply along with elements of strength & conditioning. Lots of modification offerings for those shoulders, wrists and hips that may not have the range of motion they used to. Comfortable clothing and your own yoga mat and block.

11:30-12:15p Ballet Barre $112/6 Week Session- A beginner class for our sensational seniors ages 60+, although we won't card you. We'll go through a classical ballet barre that will leave you feeling light and beautiful. Comfortable clothing. Pink ballet shoes.
